Terms & Conditions
1.Application Form /Exhibitor Contract approved by both the exhibitors and the Organizing Committee, is legally bound;
2.All exhibition fee shall be remitted to the Organizing Committee within five days once the Application Form /Exhibitor Contract is signed and sealed by both parties; or the booth reserved will be canceled;
3.Booth reduction or cancellation by exhibitors is not permitted; or the booth will be canceled and fees remitted not be refunded;
4.Exhibition booth will be arranged in line with the principle of “ first apply, first served”; the Organizing Committee will reserve the final right of booth allocation;
5.All exhibition organization is subject to the Exhibitor Manual;
6.Counterfeit products and infringement of intellectual property rights are forbidden during the show; or exhibits will be confiscated and exhibition fees not be refunded;
7. The exhibitor shall decide to attend the exhibition after an overall and in-depth understanding of the exhibition. For any reasons caused by exhibitors to be absent, all payments are not refunded.
8. Exhibitors abide by related laws and regulations of P.R.C. and of the Organizing Committee, Exhibition Hall
